Wordless Wednesday, He lives on

This is my Dad, Leonard Hoke, Sr. in the 1960’s.

It was 14 years ago today that my Dad went home

to be with JESUS, forever!  🙂

I miss him… but will see him someday

because my heart belongs to Jesus, too!

You can click here for another post with a little history about him.

And here, too!

  1. So glad to know that we will see him again! (And sweet to know that you’ll see a little of him today in the face of that sweet nephew of mine!!)

  2. I always remember him smiling. During Easter my mom and Fred had an old movie from church’s Easter play that your dad was in. I think it was in the 90’s. I think you are so blessed to have such beautiful parents.

    • Amanda… it’s this same month every year that you celebrate the life of YOUR DADDY, too. What a kind man with huge smile… who also loved Jesus. Our Dads are hanging out with Jesus, maybe talking about Colorado! 🙂 Hugs!

  3. Thank you for sharing so much of the joy that you CONTINUE to find in your dad’s life! After reading through past years’ posts, it’s awesome to know how devoted your father was to Jesus, and how it has completely poured into your whole family!

I’m thankful to know someone who was raised in such great influence, and now gets to carry on that legacy. I love you!

  4. I miss you and love you Granddaddy! You were such a shining example of the joy and love of Jesus. I can’t wait to see you. The Blue Jean Sisters will give you one more concert!
